Rights and Obligations.

All users must keep passwords confidential.

All project content must be truthful,acurate and tasteful. Producers must not mislead or misrepresent their shows,Inappropriate material will be withdrawn by the administrator immediately.

Producers are responsible to deliver the incentives as outlined,in good faith.Producers must fulfill any obligations advertised within agreed time limits and are wholly responsible to the supporters for the good management of their project(s).

Camdentheatres will not be liable for the producers' incentives in any way,or any costs that may arise from producers' negligence.

All payments to supporters and producers are credited every two weeks, and are recorded independently.

Producers will be responsible for all taxes,royalties,interest payments,licences,fines arising from their projects.Producers agree to indemnify  Camdentheatres against any financial demands,losses,liability claims or expenses made against Camdentheatre Consortium by any third party.,or from arising and of any connection with the website.

Producers' intellectual and Copyright  will not be affected.

Camdentheatres have the right to terminate any agreement at any time and terminate a project on the site before the budget is realised.If a project is terminated early all donations will be returned within two weeks.
